Shipping & Delivery Policy

We aim to deliver your KAF order safely and as quickly as possible. Please review the delivery details below before placing your order.

🚚 Delivery Within Egypt

Estimated delivery times after order confirmation:

• Cairo: 1–3 business days.
• Other governorates: 3–5 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery location, courier operations, public holidays and exceptional circumstances.

📅 Business Days

KAF processes orders from Saturday to Thursday.

Fridays and official public holidays are not counted as business days. Orders placed during holidays will be processed on the next business day.

💳 Delivery Fees & Free Shipping

• Delivery fees are calculated according to your address and displayed at checkout.
• Orders of EGP 2,499 or more qualify for free delivery within Egypt.
• The free-delivery offer does not apply to international orders.

📦 Order Confirmation & Processing

Delivery time begins after your order has been confirmed.

In-stock orders are prepared and shipped according to the estimated delivery periods above. Custom-made or pre-order products follow the production and delivery timeframe stated on their product page.

For urgent orders, contact us before ordering. We will do our best to help, but express delivery cannot be guaranteed.

📍 Address & Delivery Attempts

Please provide a complete address and an active phone number when placing your order.

• The courier may make up to two delivery attempts.
• If both attempts are unsuccessful, the order may be returned to KAF or cancelled.
• Additional delivery fees may apply if you request the order to be shipped again.
• An order received by any person at the provided address is considered successfully delivered.

KAF is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete contact or address information.

🌍 International Shipping

KAF delivers to selected countries.

International shipping costs are calculated separately and do not qualify for free delivery. Customs duties or import taxes may be charged by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility unless KAF confirms otherwise.

⚠️ Delivery Delays & Separate Shipments

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, weather, public holidays, remote locations or circumstances outside KAF’s control.

Items from the same order may occasionally arrive in separate shipments. You will not be charged additional delivery fees if KAF chooses to split your order.
